Once again our friends in Haiti have been teased with a hurricane causing no damage up in the Mirebalais or Domond region. As you can imagine, the tents that still remain in tent city were flooded. But to my knowledge, no fatalities have been reported. Isaac did not pull his strength on this storm; let’s hope this is the end of the storm season for Haiti.

Galilee students are looking forward to the beginning of the school year the first week of October! Registration is still ongoing for the school year, with a possible enrollment of over 175 students. We are proud to report 98% pass rate for our sixth grade class with the passing of the national exam. Galilee was recognized by the Minister of Education and congratulated our Principal Mr. Soulouk for his excellent leadership.
